Since 2007, Collins Pool Management has provided professional pool management services to community pools. Collins is constantly growing and looking for new ways to help your facility flourish.
In addition to lifeguard staffing and regular pool maintenance, we offer a wide array of other pool related services including: pool monitoring, pool equipment repair and replacement, resurfacing, retiling, coping and deck work, pool cover installation, and repair. We take pride in being a company willing to work to fulfill all of your facility’s needs!

Hiring, Training, and Certifications:
The staff at CPM are always uniformed and easy to identify. We believe that the ongoing education and professional appearances are important. Our employees are trained to go above and beyond your expectations, and we strive to provide you with monitors and lifeguards that your community will get to know and can trust. Every Collins lifeguard has current certification in Red Cross CPR, Red Cross First Aid, and Red Cross Lifeguard Training. Our certified instructors and guards emphasize the importance of emergency preparation and the teamwork involved in guarding, all with your community’s safety in mind. Our staff managers are Certified Pool and Spa Operators (CPO) by the National Swimming Pool Foundation. Our pool monitors are carefully handpicked and required to attend training to better their knowledge of your unique facility and its needs.
